More about mary….

For over 15 years, I’ve coached leaders across Fortune 500 companies, top financial firms, and global organizations. I hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, trained in professional voice and speech at the Mass General Hospital Voice Center, and have taught phonetics at the university level. My certifications include accent modification and executive communication.

But credentials only go so far. What truly sets my work apart is the fusion of voice science, performance training, and strategic leadership coaching—brought together in a way that’s precise, human, and designed to create impact.

My background in acting, improv, and movement gives me a sharp understanding of how presence shapes perception. My job isn’t to change how you sound. It’s to help you show up with clarity, intention, and authority—especially when it matters most.

I also host Read the Room, a podcast exploring the subtle forces behind presence, power, and leadership.

Who I Work With

I specialize in supporting professionals in finance and tech who are navigating high-stakes conversations, expanded visibility, and leadership transitions. Most of my clients are stepping into bigger roles and want their presence to match the level they’re playing.

Some are accented speakers who want their voice to be an asset, not a barrier.
Some are introverts in high-pressure environments, ready to communicate with more impact—without losing themselves.
Some are seasoned leaders who are simply done being overlooked.

Wherever you’re starting, the goal isn’t just to communicate more clearly. It’s to make your communication a defining part of your leadership. Something that moves people, shapes perception, and opens doors.

This is about more than finding your voice.
It’s about speaking your way into what’s next.
